Marriott Residences Heliopolis Cairo, the landmark hotel-branded residential project by A-Capital Holding, is set to deliver its first phase in Jan 2025, following an extensive site inspection by Marriott International’s global leadership team. The visit marks a significant milestone in this pioneering development, which aims to revolutionize premier residential living in Egypt.

A distinguished delegation of Marriott International executives, led by John Hearns, Senior Vice President of Global Residential Operations, conducted a comprehensive development evaluation. The delegation included:

Salah Amer, CEO of A-Capital Holding, highlighted the project’s imminent delivery: “We were pleased to host the Marriott International leadership delegation to showcase the progress on this key project, and are excited to announce that the first phase, comprising 205 hotel-branded apartments, will be ready for handover in JUNE 2025. Following the handover, we will initiate trial operations, with full Marriott management implementation expected within six months.”
