Tesla Developments raises implementation rates at Green City project to 70%.. planning to deliver before the scheduled timetable

Tesla Developments Company announced, that it raises the implementation rates of “Green City” project in 6th october to 70%, and the company is planning to deliver the project to clients ahead of schedule.

Yasser Mohamed, Tesla Developments founder, said that construction works are ongoing 24 hours aday without stop, reflecting the company’s commitment, discipline, and seriousness in execution, as well as its strong financial solvency, which supports its implementation plans, noting that the project is strategically located, which ensures the best investment for clients.

He added that the project is located on an area of 12 acres in 6th of October Gardens, and will serve more than 700 families, including residential units of different areas, in addition to a commercial and recreational services area, besides the company focuses on the quality of life within the project, not just the construction of residential buildings.

Ahmed Beshir, Tesla Developments founder, revealed the company’s plan to launch several new projects in West Cairo, as they have already begun with “Tesla Residence” project on the Oasis Road, pointing that the company owns the largest land portfolio in October Gardens and aims to develop distinguished projects on this land to enforce its leading position in the West Cairo area.

He pointed that the company is working on its existing projects while simultaneously seeking serious investment opportunities and planning to develop its land portfolio, and the company is working seriously at all levels to ensure it maintains its leading position, emphasizing that West Cairo enjoys strong client demand.
