Miqaat Developments is preparing to launch its second project in New Cairo, as part of an ambitious investment plan to expand in East Cairo and diversify its portfolio.

The new project comes less than three months after the successful launch of its first development, O9, in 6th of October City, West Ciro, reflecting the company’s strategy to establish a strong presence in Egypt’s real estate market in a short time.

Mohamed Abdel Ghani, Chairman of Miqaat Developments, stated that since its inception, the company has pursued a clear vision to stand out in the Egyptian property market.

This approach focuses on selecting strategic locations and delivering integrated projects that generate added value for both clients and the market, especially amid the strong competition in Egypt’s real estate sector.

Mohamed Abdel Ghani added that Miqaat’s decision to launch a new project in New Cairo is part of a carefully planned strategy to expand in East Cairo, currently one of the most attractive areas for real estate investment. The strong demand in the area further reinforces the company’s plan to diversify its investments and establish a presence in high-growth locations.

He also noted that preparations for the new project come shortly after the launch of the company’s first development, O9, in 6th of October City, highlighting a clear and ambitious strategy focused on identifying promising real estate opportunities in the Egyptian market and delivering them to clients.

Miqaat’s Chairman stated that the O9 project is a 13-acre mixed-use development comprises residential and commercial properties with an estimated investment of EGP 11bn.

Strategically located opposite the Shooting Club on the Gamal Abdel Nasser Axis, it is the second plot along the 26th of July Axis and just minutes from Mall of Arabia, the club district, and the central high-speed train station.

Mohamed Abdel Ghani disclosed that the project follows a modern urban design philosophy, with buildings occupying just 14% of the total area, while green spaces, water features, and amenities cover the remaining 86%, creating a unique living environment that blends privacy with nature.
The project comprises two main zones: a residential area with 432 contemporary units designed for comfort and tranquility, and a dedicated services zone.

The development embodies the company’s vision of creating residential projects that prioritize quality of life while meeting the demands of today’s real estate market, he explained.
Mohamed Abdel Ghani concluded that Miqaat Developments plans to strengthen its market presence by launching high-quality projects in strategic locations, reinforcing its position as one of the most promising companies in Egypt’s real estate sector.
