IBDL Learning Group has signed a strategic cooperation agreement with the Alexandria Businessmen Association – Middle East Development Center (MEDC), as part of a joint effort to support Egypt’s and the Arab business communities and strengthen the capabilities of executives and entrepreneurs through an integrated portfolio of executive education programs, professional certifications, and business simulation games.

The agreement reflects a shared commitment to investing in human capital and enhancing the readiness of institutions and business leaders to navigate rapid changes in the business environment, particularly in leadership and management, future foresight, governance, and artificial intelligence, as well as the managerial and institutional capabilities required to achieve sustainable growth.

Under the agreement, the two sides will collaborate on delivering specialized programs based on the latest practices in executive education and applied learning. The partnership will provide executives, professionals, and members of the business community with opportunities to earn internationally recognized professional certifications, gain practical learning experiences, and participate in business simulations designed to strengthen decision-making, strategic thinking, and change-management capabilities.

Eng. Medhat Al-Qadi, Chairman of the Alexandria Businessmen Association, said the partnership with IBDL reflects the Association’s commitment to supporting the business community and providing its members and leaders with modern tools for capability development.

He noted that the current phase requires new models of executive learning that combine academic knowledge with practical application and future-oriented thinking.

“We believe that investing in people’s capabilities is the most impactful investment in the future of the business community. Through this cooperation with IBDL, we seek to provide educational and professional programs that keep pace with global developments and help business leaders and entrepreneurs make more effective decisions while steering their organizations toward greater competitiveness and sustainability,” Al-Qadi said.

Dr. Khaled Khallaf, CEO of IBDL Learning Group, expressed his appreciation for the partnership, describing it as an important step toward expanding access to high-quality executive education for the business community.

“Partnering with the Alexandria Businessmen Association and the Middle East Development Center reflects our shared belief that the future of organizations depends on their ability to continuously learn and prepare for what lies ahead,” Khallaf said.

“Our goal is not simply to deliver training programs, but to create impactful learning experiences that combine professional certifications, applied learning, and simulations of real business environments.

This will enable leaders to navigate major transformations in leadership, governance, artificial intelligence, and future foresight,” he added.

Khallaf emphasized that the partnership aims to establish an advanced model of executive education that responds to the evolving needs of the business community, connects knowledge with practice, and equips participants with practical tools to support decision-making, lead organizational change, and generate sustainable impact.

The agreement underscores a shared vision between IBDL Learning and the Alexandria Businessmen Association – Middle East Development Center to establish a specialized platform for professional and executive development capable of responding to the changing needs of the private sector.

The partnership is also expected to contribute to preparing a new generation of business leaders capable of navigating the challenges of digital transformation and artificial intelligence while strengthening the competitiveness of Egyptian businesses in regional and international markets.

The coming period is expected to witness the launch of a series of joint programs and initiatives targeting executives, entrepreneurs, and professionals, with a focus on continuous learning, leadership development, and institutional transformation.
