Pfizer Egypt receives the award for Top Employer for the Fourth Consecutive Year

Pfizer Egypt for Pharmaceuticals and Biopharmaceuticals has been selected among 15 companies to receive the Top Employer certificate in 2023 by the Top Employers Institute for the sixth year and for the fourth consecutive year.

Top Employers Institute nominates companies based on anonymous surveys measuring the quality of HR services and the successful implementation of company policies. Those reviews contain 20 evaluation criteria, including work environment, upskilling opportunities, learning opportunities, diversity, inclusion, and quality of work-life balance.
