New Town Group (NTG) Developments, one of the leading companies in field of real estate development, announced the launch of its latest projects in New Cairo in continuation of its series of successes in the market. The new announcement comes within the framework of the company’s expansion plans in Egyptian market, and to meet customers needs and aspirations.
At a press conference attended by the company’s board of directors, project consultants, and a group of public figures, businessmen, and the media, Eng. Ezzat Azmy Haroun, chairman of NTG expressed his confidence in the attractiveness of the Egyptian market since the start of the company’s business more than 30 years ago.
Haroun said that NTG Developments is determined to increase its investments in line with the state’s plans for urban development.
He added that the new project, Intown Mall, is located in the most distinguished area in the heart of New Cairo, on the North Teseen in front of New Cairo City Authority. It is a commercial and administrative project on an area of 6,068 sqm.
He noted that investing in Egypt is one of the most successful investments in the world, and the Egyptian investment map in fields of construction and real estate development provides ideal opportunities for investors. Accordingly, the company works with a new vision to draw an advanced approach and thought in local property market, and aims to become among the largest companies in field of real estate development and continues to construct the largest and most luxurious commercial and administrative projects in Egypt. In addition, it follows the latest methods of engineering development and the latest designs.
While Eng. Shenouda Zarei, CEO of the company, highlighted that Intown features a modern design that is environmentally friendly and compliant with green building standards.
He explained that the company carefully chose the project site to represent an incomparable investment opportunity for all customers, added, “We were keen to ensure that the project includes all elements of successful investment, whether at the level of the mall’s site or contacting with senior local and international consultants.”
He pointed out that the project site is characterized by high traffic, as it situated on three main axes, the North Teseen, Mohamed Naguib, and Ahmed Shawky. It is located in the largest population area in the Fifth Settlement, comprising 350,000 people, which is the Banafseg area, with villas and buildings, and behind Al-Baz Mosque, the largest mosque in North Teseen Street, next to the International Marasem Hospital.
For his part, Eng. Khaled Abdel Nasser, chief sales officer at NTG, said that the Intown Mall consists of the ground floor and three repeated floors with unit spaces starting with 36 sqm. He explained, “In order to ensure the project sustainability in the best way, a contract was signed with Egypro, which holds three ISO certificates and has more than 20 years of experience in project management for building maintenance such as security, cleanliness, surveillance, electricity, air conditioning, plumbing and carpentry. Additionally, the company has assigned the most famous management company in Egypt, KAD to operate the project. KAD is used to manage commercial establishments and has a strong business precedent and it will be responsible for providing the operating manual for each unit separately, and providing appropriate options for brands in the project.
