Abdel Hamid Al-Wazir: Real estate is the best way to save money

He explained that the real estate sector is witnessing an increase in prices by between 20% to 30% annually, explaining that the investment return of the property is not only related to the purchase of the property, but also related to the operations based on it such as renting, reselling and others.

He continued: One of the most important reasons for the satisfactory investment return is the good choice, whether for the company that owns the project or the project itself, its location and services, and even choosing the housing unit itself.

He added: Choosing to buy units under construction has several advantages, including benefiting from the facilities offered at the price of the unit. You are investing in a complete housing unit once you pay the down payment.
