Arabisk Real Estate Development Company achieved sales estimated at 200 million pounds for its projects in New Cairo in various places in the city during the current year.
The company was able to complete the sales of 95% of its projects in New Cairo, due to its competitive offers in the real estate market, said Dr. Abdel Hamid Al-Wazir, head of the Board of Directors of Arabesque Real Estate Development Company and Chairman of the Support and Follow-up Committee of the New Cairo Developers Association.
He added that the company is launching 10 new projects during the next year in New Cairo, explaining that the company is keen to offer its projects in various sizes to suit all customers and in many places in the city.
He stressed that the Cityscape exhibition this year will witness a boom in real estate sales, similar to Cityscape Riyadh in Saudi Arabia, which achieved a boom in the level of sales and investments that the country attracted through the exhibition, which was estimated at 110 billion SR.
He pointed out that during this year’s real estate season, many real estate development companies achieved significant sales compared to last year, anticipating that demand in the real estate market will rise during the coming period, with a price increase of no less than 15%.
He revealed that Egypt’s joining the BRICS group is a step forward, as trade exchange between countries takes place using the same state currency, which facilitates the availability of the currency for the two countries, as the unified BRICS currency is still under development.
