Awj Developments contracts with BRAIN 2 FACT to operate Urban Mall

Awj Developments has contracted with BRAIN 2 FACT to manage Urban Mall project in Badr City, as part of the company’s plan to complete its list of successful partners in the project and cooperate with companies with competence and strong experience to work.

The partnership was signed by Eng. Yasser Zaidan, CEO and Managing Director of Awj Developments, and Eng. Diaa Boulos, CEO of BRAIN 2 FACT.

Chief Commercial Officer (CCO) at Awj Developments Gamal Ghoneim said that the company has a plan to take advantage of competitive privileges of the project. This could be done in cooperation with strong companies in different specifications to develop a flagship project in Badr City, which will be the first and largest entertainment mall in Motamize neighborhood of Badr City.

Ghoneim added that the project is located in a privileged location in Badr city and directly overlooks the central park.

He noted that BRAIN 2 FACT is one of the pioneeting companies with experience in managing and operating many projects in Egypt, the Gulf and Belgium. Furthermore, it has the right to manage, operate and market more than 100 international brands, which reflects the added value of cooperation with it, accordingly, the mall will become a point of attraction that offers a unique entertainment and shopping experience.

He pointed out that the Urban Mall is located on 8,600 sqm in the distinguished neighborhood of Badr City, which has a population density of 300,000 people. The project is close to the two largest universities in the city and close to the electric train.

He disclosed that the company has assigned the Canadian consulting office to be the general consultant for the project, in addition to contracting with ACE Moharram.Bakhoum to be the structural designer of the Urban Mall. In addition, the company has hired Archrete to be the architectural designer of the mall, as well as, it cooperated with Brain 2 Fact to attract brands for the mall.

He explained that the Urban Mall is being launched in partnership with Elegance Developments. It is the commercial extension of Capital Life project, which is being constructed by the two companies in Badr City. It is an integrated residential compound located in El Motamize neighborhood of Badr City. It includes 125 villas and 25 residential buildings with 30% construction completion. The compound is fully sold out.

In addition to, the company’s plan to be a destination for clients from inside and outside Badr City.

He pointed out that his company has a plan to manage the project with the highest standards of efficiency and quality, in accordance with its previous experiences and the list of its current projects, and to maximise benefit from competitive advantages of the mall.
