In line with its commitment to transparency and the protection of its clients’ and investors’ rights, Hilton has issued an official statement clarifying that it has no connection or affiliation whatsoever with the “Hilton Civil Seven Residence” project.

The company confirmed that this project is not part of its investment or operational portfolio, nor has it been granted the rights to use the Hilton trademark.

Furthermore, Hilton emphasized that it maintains no contractual relationship or commercial partnership with “MA Group Developments” (Mohamed Ayoub Group).

The statement clarified that any use of the “Hilton” name in connection with this project is unauthorized and lacks any legal or contractual basis. The company urged the public and investors to verify information through official, certified sources to ensure data accuracy and protect their investments.

Despite this disclaimer, Hilton reaffirmed its pride in its strong and growing presence in the Egyptian market. The company noted that its current portfolio includes 15 fully operational hotels, with an additional 30 properties currently under development and construction.

These expansions reflect Hilton’s steadfast commitment to supporting Egypt’s tourism and hospitality sector, adhering to the premium international standards the brand upholds globally.
