Marota Developments Company, one of the major real estate companies, has signed a cooperation agreement with KAD Commercial Property Management as a management and operation consultant to ensure the operation and management of the Mastro Mall in accordance with the highest international standards and specifications.
The contract was signed by Tarek Khalil and Ayman Al-Ghafir, owners and founders of Marota Developments, and Haitham Laithy Executive Director at KAD Commercial Property Management.
Tarek Khalil said that Marota always seeks to contract with major consultants in all disciplines, and KAD is one of the largest companies operating in Egyptian market, and it has a great deal of sales in New Administrative Capital’s projects.
Khalil added that Marota is working to launch projects that represent an added value to the market, increase its competitiveness in New Capital and meet all aspirations and needs aspirations of customers.
Mastro Mall is completely commercial project spans over 5,250 sqm, in the most prestigious areas of New Administrative Capital, with investments close to EGP 800m.
For his part, Ayman Al-Ghafir said that Marota is working to keep pace with rapid development that the New Capital is witnessing in light of construction boom that has been achieved on the ground, and is working to direct more successful investments into the market.
He pointed out that the contract with KAD comes within a series of the company’s contracts with major consultants, most notably Sabbour Consulting to supervise construction works of the project, Raef Fahmi Architects as the consultant designer, and Benaa Consulting Group as the consultant for construction design, and HTCO consulting office, designer for electromechanical works and MEP.
Haitham Laithy Executive Director at KAD Commercial Property Management praised the cooperation agreement with Marota, said that KAD has great experience in Egyptian market, and has launched its business in the market since 2012.
Laithy added, “Our expertise is concentrated in field of consulting for infrastructure required for commercial centers, and we provide our services to commercial centers from the moment it began as an idea until it is operated.”
He further noted that the company provides a package of specialized professional consultations according to market studies and research, and prepares a mix of product diversity for the entire project. In addition to, the distribution of different kinds of businesses in a way that achieves smooth movement in all units and roles in the project, furthermore, the preparation of units’ finishing guide and operating guide for tenant, which helps him to identify rules followed in the project, as well as operating dates and services available therein.
