Sabbour Consulting has designed a 21-acre integrated compound for Al-Raaed Real Estate Development. They recently signed a second contract to further their strategic cooperation in implementing urban projects. The contract was signed by Engineer Omar Sabour, CEO of Sabbour Consulting, and Mr. Hisham El-Santrissy, CEO of Al-Raaed Real Estate Development, with the presence of Mr. Abdel Hamid Abdel Aty, CFO of Al-Raaed, and Engineer Mohamed Maarouf, Director of Business Development and Supporting Sectors at Sabbour Consulting.
Omar Sabbour expressed his satisfaction in extending their partnership with Al-Raaed Real Estate Development and being part of their unique experience in constructing integrated urban communities in New Sohag City. He explained that his company will oversee the engineering designs for “Roots,” an integrated residential compound with full amenities spanning 21 acres in the heart of New Sohag City.
The project is expected to take up to 2 years to complete at a cost of 1.8 billion Egyptian pounds (over $58 million). “Roots” comprises 33 buildings, 12 villas, a large commercial mall, recreational areas, and a spacious mosque.
Additionally, Al-Raaed Real Estate Development has plans to establish integrated urban projects in New Sohag City that consider the social dimensions of Sohag Governorate, providing promising investment opportunities.
Over the next 3 years, Sabbour Consulting aims to implement a new strategy for expanding its international operations by offering integrated consulting and engineering services in collaboration with major global project management companies.
