Square Seven announced signing a cooperation agreement with Prime Hospitality Management Group, in order to manage serviced apartments and holiday homes rentals for units owned by its clients, to achieve the highest return on investment from these real estate sleeping assets.
Ali Abdel Ghaffar, CEO and founder of Square Seven company, said that the company is responsible for marketing units for clients in the Egyptian market and in a number of foreign markets in which the company operates, as it seeks to increase the returns of these units and achieve a sustainable return, according to the company’s diversified investment targets.
He added that the company contracted with Prime Hospitality Management Group to manage the hospitality rentals of the units during the period when they are not occupied by their owners, as Prime Hospitality management Group is well known by its vast experience in managing serviced apartments and holiday homes in the region, by leasing them for the benefit of home owners to get the highest ROI, pointing that the company seeks to increase its clients base and presence in new areas within the local market, which will be achieved by cooperation with Prime Hospitality.
Miranda Guirguis, founding partner of Square Seven, pointed that the contract will start with 75 diversified units in different areas, which will be rented and managed as serviced apartments and holiday homes through Prime Hospitality, as this cooperation comes within the framework of the strategic relationship between Square Seven and its clients to achieve sustainable return on their assets that they are handling, which reflects the excellence of the services provided and the partnership relation between client’s and the company.
She assured that this unique renting option will be a strong trend for the market during the next couple of years in order to achieve additional income for clients investing in various real estate products, which is the main core of real estate investment, as such clients represents a large percentage, that leads us to offer different benefetion system out of their investment.
