Toledo Development announced the launch of distinctive rental units with various sizes and competitive prices in Gardenia City Walk Mall project, which is one of the unique projects that the company offers to serve more than 160,000 tenants of residential projects surrounding the mall.
Chairman of Toledo Development Mohamed Hammam said that Gardenia City Walk Mall project is the largest strip mall in Greater Cairo. The mall is located in a privileged location and near vital areas and traffic axes, which raises investment value of the project units, hence, tenant’s profits will increase by about 3 times, as the privileged location guarantees a high density and occupancy in the project.
Hammam explained that the project comprises 130 shops with a total area of approximately 40,000 sqm added that the project was designed with professionalism and an accurate strategy as well as is being constructed with the highest quality. The company chose the project site very carefully to achieve the highest occupancy rate for shops within it.
He pointed out that his company operates within a clear and ambitious plan to be one of the leading companies in local real estate market, maintain confidence of its customers in it and develop projects with unique and unconventional details.
He further noted that Toledo Development has long experience in field of contracting in the Gulf countries through its subsidiary Wadi Al Abraqeen for General Contracting, which has constructed multiple projects in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
CEO of Toledo Development Omar Hammam said that the Gardenia City Walk Mall contains various spaces starting from 48 sqm to 3,000 sqm, and all spaces are equipped for rent, and there are properties that have already operated within the project.
He added that the mall encompasses a place designated for a hypermarket over 3,000 sqm, furthermore, the mall includes an integrated 3,800-sqm medical center.
Toledo decided to expand in Egypt’s real estate market, especially with the presence of a comprehensive urban renaissance and various investment opportunities, he said, disclosed that Toledo Group Company was launched to expand in developing various and carefully studied projects that take into account the developments of local market and customers needs.
Mohamed Fathi, the company’s general manager, stated that Gardenia City Walk Mall consists of a banking area, restaurants, a service area, and a separate area for car services. The project will serve the city of Gardenia, Taj City and Tag Sultan, which are projects surrounding the Gardenia City Walk Mall, and these projects are a few minutes away from the mall.
