Rock Developments Celebrates the Journey from Construction to Community with their Customers at “Diamonds of Rock”

Rock Developments hosted “Diamonds of Rock” event for its customers at Granada Palace, reaffirming its commitment to direct engagement and celebrating the customer journey across the different stages of its relationship with the company, from contracting and construction to handover and occupancy.

The event brought together customers who have received their units and currently live in Rock Developments’ projects, alongside others whose projects remain under construction and are progressing toward handover according to scheduled timelines. The gathering highlighted the continuity of the company’s relationship with its customers throughout their journey.

Eng. Emad Doss, Managing Director of Rock Developments, said that the “Diamonds of Rock” event reflects the company’s approach to building long-term customer relationships based on continuous communication and trust developed through actual experiences and tangible achievements on the ground.

He noted that the relationship between a real estate developer and a customer should not end with the completion of a sale or the signing of contracts. Rather, it extends through project construction and unit handover, followed by monitoring the customer’s experience after moving into the property—an approach that Rock Developments is committed to embedding in its relationship with customers.

He added that the presence of customers who have received their units and begun living in the company’s projects represents an important part of this journey, as it provides a direct reflection of what has been achieved on the ground.

Meanwhile, the company continues to develop other projects and complete their various construction stages in line with established execution and handover plans.

Doss explained that confidence in real estate market is fundamentally linked to a developer’s ability to translate its plans and commitments into projects that are constructed and delivered on the ground.

He pointed out that customers are increasingly interested in following construction progress and the actual development of projects, making commitment to execution and handover one of key elements of relationship between developers and customers.

Rock Developments’ Managing Director emphasized that the company maintains ongoing engagement with its customers throughout the different phases of their projects, whether they have already reached the handover and occupancy stage or their projects are still under construction.

This includes maintaining communication and follow-up channels with customers, reflecting the company’s commitment to sustaining the relationship from contract signing through post-handover.

He added that “Diamonds of Rock” reflects the diverse stages of the customer experience at Rock Developments, bringing together customers who have already become part of the communities developed by the company and others whose journey with Rock Developments continues as their projects progress through construction.
