Rafla: 600 million pounds total investments of KENTRO project
Agec Developments launched the second phase of “IVY Residence” project in El Shorouk City, which includes various units varies between apartments, villas and townhouses, besides the company also launched “KENTRO ONE” project in New Cairo with investments 600 million pounds.
Eng. Ayman Louis Rafla, Chairman of Agec Developments, said that “IVY Residence” project is located in a privileged location in El Shorouk City, directly on Suez Road, opposite to Madinaty Gate, includes 320 apartments and 70 villas with various sizes, and the construction works for the first phase were completed 24 months before the scheduled date of delivery to clients.
He added that the company concentrates on adhering to the delivery dates for clients with implementation according to the highest quality standards, in parallel with the launching new phases for clients, as the company had finishing some of the villas in the project’s first phase and the facilities are being delivered to them, to be delivered next January.
He pointed that a group of villas and townhouses will be offered for sale in the project’s mortgage system, next January, in cooperation with Suez Canal Bank and QNB, indicating the importance of this system in reducing the gap between unit prices and the clients’ purchasing power, as it is a system that benefits the developer and the client.
He announced launching of “KENTRO ONE” project in the Fifth Settlement in New Cairo, with a total area of 17,600 square meters, which is a commercial and administrative project with investments of 600 million pounds, includes units of various sizes, within total area of commercial surfaces 8,600 square meters, and the total area of administrative ones 1,600 square metres, and garages area is 7400 square meters.
He explained that the implementation of the project is expected to start within next December, and the delivery of the project will begin within 3 years, and the project will be implemented with self-financing, in conjunction with the company’s strong financial position and the presence of a strong financing plan for its projects.
In a related context, Eng. Ayman Rafla revealed the opening of a new center for “REGUS” brand within the “PARAMOUNT BUSINESS COMPLEX” building owned by the company in Sheraton Heliopolis, in partnership with IWG global, and the project includes 167 workspaces, meeting rooms and outdoor areas, and is equipped with the latest international technologies in the field of Administrative offices, with the highest level of quality and luxury in architectural finishes.
Youssef Naguib, IWG Regional Director and Sales manager in Egypt, said that cooperation with Agec Real Developments in one of its distinguished projects adds to the precedent of his company’s work and expertise, besides the project is promising and distinctive in all its details starting from the site, interior design and internal activities in the project, noting that the project will be officially launched in early October.
He added that there is a strong tendency for this type of projects, which despite the high demand for them, but the displayed of them with the required quality and activities are very few, and this cooperation will the nucleus for future cooperation with Agek Developments in other projects, especially with the company’s distinguished development and investment vision.
