AE Media Production acquires more than 10 real estate contracts during the first quarter of 2023
AE Media production announced contracting with 10 new real estate companies during the first quarter of 2023, in order to implement documentaries and advertise works for the projects of these companies, as part of the company’s expansion plan to attract more clients and acquire a larger number of real estate companies during the coming period.
Dr. Abdel Rahman Essam Arafa, Chairman of AE Media Production, said that resumption of urban development that Egypt is currently witnessing equals the continuation of investment opportunities for all companies operating in the real estate market or related to this huge sector, noting that his company aims to achieve comprehensive expansion in all aspects within this huge renaissance.
He pointed that the new contracts are distinguished by being related to unique and special projects, including “Tycoon Tower” which is the first project of its kind in Africa, that is being implemented by Nile Developments Company, as it will be the “highest hotel in Africa” located in the New Administrative Capital, besides the company also signed a contract for a commercial mall project in New Sohag, which reflects the diversity of the company’s work between northern and southern Egypt and in all new regions and cities.
