Capital Hills Developments seeks to achieve sales revenues worth EGP 800mn during Cityscape exhibition

Capital Hills Developments has announced its participation in Cityscape Egypt exhibition, which is scheduled to be held from September 20 to 23 at the Egypt International Exhibition Center, with a package of distinguished projects.

Mohamed Salah, Chairman of Capital Hills Developments, said that his company was keen to participate in the activities of the most important real estate exhibition with a variety of projects and special offers for customers.

He added that his company decided to participate with four projects in east and west Cairo during Cityscape exhibition, which named: Capital Towers, Capital Green – New Zayed, East Point 1, and Park Point.

Capital Towers project consists of 5 towers in 6th of October City to establish a business hub on the Gamal Abdel Nasser axis at EGP 5bn.

He added that the construction is scheduled to be completed within two years. Capital Hills will launch the third phase of the towers during the exhibition.

The project includes commercial, administrative, and medical units, and the company offers flexible sales and payment systems, pointing out that the towers will become a giant edifice in 6th of October City, as it provides an investment environment for business owners within an integrated services complex.

“East Point 1 Mall” project, is a mixed-use project, over 2,582 square meters in the Fifth Settlement, at one billion pounds investments.

The project comprises of 4-storey and includes commercial and administrative units of different sizes and with flexible payment systems suitable for all customers and up to 10 years.

He stressed that Capital Hill’s projects possess competitive advantages that make them able to have a strong presence and attract customers, as they are characterized by different spaces, modern designs, and meet customer requests.

For his part, Ahmed Salah, General Manager of Capital Hills Developments, said that the company owns a large and diverse portfolio of projects with an investment value exceeding EGP 30bn in various areas east and west of Cairo.

He pointed out that the company is developing a number of major projects in the Fifth Settlement, the Administrative Capital, 6th of October City, and Sheikh Zayed, and is also considering launching new projects during the coming period.

He said that the company aims to achieve contract sales during Cityscape worth EGP 800mn, adding that the company offers special offers and benefits to customers during the exhibition period, in addition to flexible payment systems and plans that suit all customers.

He added that Capital Hills has a strong marketing plan that suits the size of the company’s project portfolio extending in the eastern and western areas of Cairo, in addition to studying new strategies that suit the company’s expansion activity during the coming period.
