CI Capital, AUR Capital, and the Arab African International Bank acted as financial advisers, issuance managers, and lead arrangers in the issuance
CI Capital (CICH.CA), the leading diversified financial services group, announced today the successful conclusion of EGP 255mn securitized bond issuance for AUR Securitization, on behalf of AUR Microfinance, who acted as the originator of the portfolio, marking the 16th successful transaction conducted by CI Capital in the debt capital market space with an aggregate value of EGP 34.726bn in the past 12 months.
The issuance comes in 2 tranches: the first tranche, valued at EGP 168mn, with a tenor of 6 months, and the second tranche, valued at EGP 87mn with a tenor of 11 months, both received a Prime 1 rating, the highest from Middle East Ratings and Investor Services (MERIS).
