In a strategic move highlighting its technological leadership and establishing a new era of industrial digital sovereignty, CorporateStack has announced it will execute the largest project of its kind to digitize Egyptian manufacturing plants and localize Industry 4.0 applications across the industrial sector. The initiative follows a strategic cooperation protocol signed with Egypt’s Industrial Modernization Centre (IMC).
The protocol was signed by Mohamed Abdin, CEO of CorporateStack, and Ayman El-Bayaa, Assistant Minister of Industry for Digital Transformation and Executive Director of the Industrial Modernization Centre. Under this partnership, CorporateStack will lead an ambitious plan empowering national industrial facilities to adopt the latest Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems and advanced digital applications via a monthly subscription Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) model.
CorporateStack’s innovative systems will allow Egyptian factories to leverage top-tier global technology standards without requiring heavy infrastructure investments, enhancing their competitive edge and opening new avenues for expansion and growth in both domestic and international markets.
This initiative represents a pivotal shift, proving that advanced technological innovation is no longer exclusive to global giants such as SAP, Oracle, and Microsoft. CorporateStack now offers a comprehensive national alternative built on extensive market experience in Egypt and across the region, specifically tailored to serve the practical operational needs of Egyptian manufacturers.
CorporateStack will manage the entire end-to-end digital transformation journey for participating factories—from precise needs assessment, installation, training, and go-live within a record 60 to 90 days, to ongoing technical support ensuring measurable impact on productivity and efficiency. Concurrently, the IMC will provide technical supervision, support packages, and operational facilitate to guarantee the long-term success and sustainability of this digital transformation within national enterprises.
Eng. Haitham El Mashad, Head of Digital Transformation at the Industrial Modernization Centre, emphasized the strategic importance of equipping factories with modern technological systems, fostering a culture of digital transformation, and raising awareness to boost efficiency and competitiveness.
El Mashad explained that adopting a “Zero CapEx” model based on monthly subscriptions is a pivotal step enabling manufacturing facilities to access cutting-edge Industry 4.0 technologies at minimal cost and with maximum financial flexibility, thereby accelerating digital adoption without imposing financial strains.
Commenting on the project, Mohamed Abdin, CEO of CorporateStack, stated:
“CorporateStack leading the largest initiative to digitize Egyptian industry is a clear declaration of a new era, proving that Egyptian talent can innovate and build advanced technology without relying solely on multinational corporations. Over the past years, we have developed a comprehensive software suite and built deep regional expertise, which we are now deploying to serve national industry through an innovative, unconventional approach.”
Abdin expressed his appreciation for the Ministry of Industry and the IMC, adding:
“We deeply value the trust and support extended by the Ministry of Industry and the IMC. This reflects a sincere commitment to maximizing the role of specialized, agile Egyptian enterprises and empowering a homegrown alternative that rivals international software—offering higher flexibility and an acute understanding of local market realities.”
He Added: “We are executing an ambitious national initiative targeting the digitization of roughly 1,000 factories in its first phase, laying the foundation for a comprehensive framework covering Egypt’s entire industrial map. Digital transformation is no longer a luxury or exclusive to enterprise corporations. Whether small or large, any Egyptian factory can now undergo a complete digital transition powered entirely by Egyptian technology, bringing competitive products to global markets.”
This agreement stands as a model for public-private partnership. Through this strategic alliance, both parties aim to drive sustainable development and solidify Egypt’s position as a regional hub for innovation and smart manufacturing, in alignment with the national vision to build a resilient, digital economy that elevates local product quality and competes strongly on the global stage.
