Dubai Development launches a strategic media partnership with AEMP in support to Spark Mall

Dubai Development company for real estate development, announced signing acontract with AEMP, a company specializing in media content and documentary production, to execute a comprehensive package of promotional and media works for its latest project “Spark Mall” in 10th of Ramadan City.

Hani Hassan El Ganainy, Dubai Development Chairman, said that this partnership comes among the company’s strategy of collaborating with specialized entities possessing strong expertise and a distinguished track record in media production, which commensurate with the scale and value of its projects in the Egyptian real estate market.

He added that cooperation with AEMP will contribute in showcasing the project’s visual identity and highlighting its investment and architectural advantages, through professional content that reflects the project’s quality and highlights its details in an innovative way, which supports reaching to a larger segment of clients and investors.

He pointed that “Spark Mall” project is one of the company’s most prominent projects, built on a 3,635 square meter plot with a 50% buildings, besides offering a comprehensive model of a standalone mixed-use building that combines commercial, administrative and medical activities.

He pointed that the project consists of a ground floor and three upper floors, as the ground and first floors are dedicated to commercial units, the second floor is dedicated to administrative units, while the third floor is dedicated to medical units, besides the ground floor features a double ceiling height up to 6 meters, giving the units a distinctive architectural character and enhancing their operational appeal, in addition unit areas range from 30 square meters to 206 square meters.

He assured that the project enjoys a prime strategic location in the heart of 10th of Ramadan City, near several vital landmarks, such as Ibn Sina Hospital and Sharaf Hospital, as well as being close to densely populated residential and service areas, which ensures a strong operational presence throughout the day and enhances the project’s investment potential.
