IL Cazar Developments achieves strong construction rates in Creek Town project, with a construction rate of 35% in just one year.

IL Cazar Developments announced that the construction rate of Creek Town project has reached 35% in just one year, within the company’s plan to focus on raising the construction rate of the project and adhering to construction and delivery dates for customers.

Chairman of IL Cazar Developments, Nader Khozam, said that accelerating construction rates with strong buildings enhances customer confidence, maintains the company’s credibility in the market, and adds new successes to the company’s business record.

Khozam added that the company continues to direct more investments into the project’s construction despite challenges imposed by high prices of building materials and high construction costs.

He noted that IL Cazar achieved this high construction percentage in just one year, which reflects the company’s focus and directing strong investments for the project without being linked to a marketing rate, indicating a strong financial solvency based primarily on self-financing.

He further pointed out that the strength of the company’s financial position supports its ambitious plans for rapid construction and delivery.

The Creek Town project is situated on Suez Road, directly at the entrance to Al Rehab City, and is located on 100 acres. Additionally, all villas and residential units within the compound enjoy a view of green spaces, artificial lakes, and water bodies.

IL Cazar Developments is working to raise the percentage of construction in all projects it develops, Khozam disclosed, adding, “Commitment is an essential part of the company’s business strategy, and it is currently developing four projects with different construction rates.” These projects are Creek Town, Go Heliopolis, and Creek District, besides, NORD project in New Alamein on 80 acres.
