Madinet Masr has received the Agentforce Innovation Award at Salesforce Agentforce World Tour Dubai 2026, recognizing the company’s digital transformation journey and its use of technology and AI to support customer experience and business growth.

Its initiatives include an AI-powered WhatsApp lead generation agent, Salesforce Agentforce for customer service, Field Service Lightning for community operations, and Data Cloud and MuleSoft to connect information across platforms.
