In a strategic partnership between NM Home Real Estate and Go Ads, the latest integrated business complex in New Cairo, named “The Office,” has been officially launched. This move aims to meet the demands and aspirations of the Egyptian market.

Karim El Zahar, CEO of The Office Business Hub, announced plans to unveil six new phases of the project, totaling 20,000 square meters of office space, by September 2024. The project is designed to fulfil all client needs and provide comprehensive operational services.

He confirmed the completion of leasing all office spaces in the project and announced plans to launch new phases and branches within the next year. By September 2024, six branches of The Office administrative complexes will be inaugurated in Egypt, Saudi Arabia, and the United Arab Emirates.

He stressed that the Egyptian market still craves equipped office spaces, noting the significant gap between demand and supply in the market.
