In a strategic partnership between NM Home Real Estate and Go Ads, the latest integrated business complex in New Cairo, named “The Office,” has been officially launched. This move aims to meet the demands and aspirations of the Egyptian market.
Karim El Zahar, CEO of The Office Business Hub, announced plans to unveil six new phases of the project, totaling 20,000 square meters of office space, by September 2024. The project is designed to fulfil all client needs and provide comprehensive operational services.

Karim El Zahar emphasized that the project represents a qualitative leap in New Cairo and aims to make a distinct mark on the market. The project’s location was chosen after extensive studies of market needs, with the TULIP NARCIS Hotel Business Complex selected due to the high demand for office spaces in the area by business leaders across various sectors. “The Office” seeks to offer a unique and exceptional service in the field of administrative spaces suitable for various companies and institutions.
El Zahar added that the project provides all the operational services needed by business owners. He confirmed the completion of leasing all office spaces in the project and announced plans to launch new phases and branches within the next year. By September 2024, six branches of The Office administrative complexes will be inaugurated in Egypt, Saudi Arabia, and the United Arab Emirates.
He stressed that the Egyptian market still craves equipped office spaces, noting the significant gap between demand and supply in the market. The design of the office spaces follows a modern style that aligns with both local and global market preferences. The Office Business Hub, located in the Fifth Settlement on the southern 90th Street inside the TULIP Hotel, offers a variety of co-working spaces designed to international standards.
