Prime Living Developments enters New Heliopolis, Sheikh Zayed, and Obour with investments exceeding EGP 500m  

Prime Living Developments has unveiled its ambitious expansion strategy for 2026, targeting investments exceeding EGP 500m through the development of a new portfolio of residential projects across several prime and strategic locations.

These areas include New Heliopolis, New Cairo, Sheikh Zayed, Hadayek October, and Obour city, alongside the launch of a wide-scale marketing campaign under the slogan “Your Key to a Better Life.”

The expansion builds on the company’s track record of success, underpinned by its commitment to execution quality and customer satisfaction. This approach continues to reinforce Prime Living Developments’ growing presence in Egypt’s real estate market and reflects its long-term vision for sustainable and disciplined growth.

In this context, Mohamed Atef, CEO of Prime Living Developments, said that the company’s 2026 strategy represents a new phase of strategic and disciplined growth, added, “In 2026, we plan to expand into a number of high-potential cities with investments of up to EGP 500m, delivering a diverse portfolio of residential projects tailored to the needs of various customer segments, while remaining firmly committed to quality in execution and delivery.”

He noted that the company is set to deliver several projects this year in New Heliopolis and New Cairo ahead of their contractual timelines, underscoring Prime Living Developments’ commitment to honoring its obligations and fostering long-term client relationships.

Atef further disclosed, “Early delivery sends a strong message of confidence to our clients and demonstrates that commitment is not just a slogan, but a core operating principle applied across every phase of project development.”

For his part, Hossam Saeed, Chief Commercial Officer of Prime Living Developments, said that the newly launched “Your Key to a Better Life” campaign reflects the company’s expansion strategy for the next phase.
