Takween Architects has contracted with TAMAYOZ Developments to prepare designs for Madar project, the latter’s third project in New Administrative Capital and the icon of the Downtown area.
Takween Architects CEO Wael El Manzalawy, expressed his happiness for the trust of the developers, led by TAMAYOZ Developments, in Takween to prepare Madar project designs. Madar is the third joint cooperation with TAMAYOZ company.
El Manzalawy said that the Madar project will be the icon of the New Capital’s Downtown area, given splendid design of its building and new ideas presented in the project, which includes the first Roundabout food court in the New Administrative Capital.
He noted that a cooperation was made with Mansi International to prepare architectural design of the project, pointed out, “We were keen to pay attention to all small details of the project to ensure its development according to the highest quality standards.”
He explained that the company is keen to offer an unconventional product that relies on a dazzling feasible design and complies with all conditions of Administrative Capital for Urban Development company and the Egyptian building codes.
For his part, Abdallah Mostafa Chairman of TAMAYOZ Developments said that Takween Architects has proven its worth in every project it participated in with TAMAYOZ, especially the development of Ivory Plaza project constructions.
Mostafa added that our choice to contract with Takween came after careful studies, and for several reasons, the most important of which is Takween’s strong precedent in field of architectural design for high buildings, whether locally or externally, in addition to, its partnerships with several international companies.
He pointed out that design study for the Madar project came in cooperation with Takween Company with Mansi International, a leading Australian company in field of architectural design with previous work in several countries around the world.
The project designs gives distinction to all units with a panoramic view, whether for shops or offices, he elaborated, added that Takween will provide a permanent technical support at all phases of the project.
Ahmed El-Shazly, CEO of TAMAYOZ Developments stated that the Madar project covers 2,600 sqm in the Downtown area, is the first of its kind in the New Administrative Capital and includes the first roundabout food court in the city. It features a 𝐃𝐢𝐧𝐢𝐧𝐠𝐖𝐡𝐞𝐞𝐥, which includes 𝐁𝐮𝐬𝐢𝐧𝐞𝐬𝐬𝐌𝐞𝐞𝐭𝐮𝐩 for all owners of the administrative units. Besides, 𝐂𝐥𝐢𝐧𝐢𝐜𝐀𝐫𝐞𝐧𝐚 fully equipped to receive sick cases, where floors and walls have been implemented with anti-bacterial properties, and elevators for medical part are separate from the rest of the building.
