Arabisk Development introduces the second phase of the Alcazar project

Arabisk Real Estate Development has launched the second phase of the Alcazar project in North House in New Cairo, on an area of more than 2,000 square meters.

Eng. Alam Tayil, sales manager of Arabisk Real Estate Development, said that the company launched the second phase of the Alcazar project after the completion of the sales of the first phase with an area of more than 2,000 square meters.

He added that the company offers several payment methods that are appropriate for all customers, as these systems rely on easy procedures and easy payment methods, and each building consists of a floor floor and three repeat roles in addition to the roof.

He continued: The company has signed several cooperation protocols with various mortgage financing companies, including Connecticut and is negotiating with Valleo Customer Finance, explaining that these protocols are based on facilitating customer financing procedures, to allow all customers to purchase the units according to their payment systems.

The company is keen to create a distinctive architectural model for the real estate market, based on the Arabic and Andalusian architecture.

He pointed out that the company has an expansion plan to enter into new projects during the coming period, explaining that the company also has lands in the northern coast and Matruh Governorate, and its projects will be launched during the current summer season, stressing that the real estate sector in Egypt is one of the promising sectors.
