Roya Developments Signs Strategic Partnership Agreement with ACE Moharram-Bakhoum
Roya Developments, a fast growing company in the Tourism & Real Estate Development sector, has signed a strategic partnership agreement with ACE Moharram-Bakhoum, a multidisciplinary engineering consulting company, to ensure the highest quality and standards across all its projects in Egypt.
The agreement will enhance Roya Developments’ management capabilities, offering portfolio project management and supervision scope – including cost management, construction, site management and value engineering; ensuring premium quality standards delivery within agreement timelines.

Roya Developments has prominent projects in prime locations across Egypt, including Telal in the North Coast as well as in Ain El Sokhna, Stone Park and The Hills in New Cairo. About 5.7 million SQM of these projects are under development; with approximately 3.1 million SQM land to be developed. To-date, the company has delivered 4,800 units; has 11,000 units under development; and a total of 3,300 families residing in its projects.
